Social Media & Content Strategy for Steinberg Goodman Law
Kimberly, the founding attorney of Steinberg Goodman Law, had already written several blog articles and compiled FAQ content for the firm’s website. However, she needed creative support to transform these internal resources into public-facing, brand-aligned assets for social media and digital engagement. The goal was to boost visibility, drive education around personal injury law, and strengthen the firm’s digital presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Objectives
Refine and format drafted blogs and FAQ content for web and social media
Develop a visual identity system tailored to the firm’s tone—professional, trustworthy, and accessible
Build out Canva templates that Kimberly and her team could confidently use moving forward
Create a full social media content guide and hashtag strategy
Provide onboarding and ongoing support to walk Kimberly through content implementation and scheduling
Process
Content Optimization & Formatting
Kimberly’s drafted articles on pedestrian safety and water safety were edited for SEO, clarity, and visual hierarchy. These were prepped for blog publication on the firm's website and tailored to match the tone and language of Steinberg Goodman Law.
Visual Brand Development in Canva
A clean and modern Canva Brand Kit was developed, featuring a legal-specific color palette (navy, seafoam green, cream, charcoal), font pairings, and icons representing key practice areas (e.g., car accident, animal attack, medical malpractice).
Custom Template Creation
Multiple Canva templates were designed for use across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn:
Practice Area Spotlight Template
Know Your Rights Series
FAQs & Legal Tips Post Format
Each template featured editable fields, headline/body text hierarchy, icons, and call-to-action blocks such as “Contact us for a free consultation.”
Hashtag Strategy & Guide Development
A robust hashtag strategy was developed for all of the firm’s practice areas—including auto accidents, rideshare claims, dog bites, wrongful termination, malpractice, and more. These hashtags were tailored for discoverability on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook and were categorized in an easy-to-use spreadsheet.
Training & Implementation Support
Kimberly was given a walkthrough of how to:
Create blog posts within the backend of the website
Use the Canva templates to create branded content
Schedule and manage posts via Canva’s scheduling tool
Additionally, I coordinated directly with her developer, Patrick, to upload and optimize the blog posts and implement a new FAQ page on the website.

By transforming internal drafts into polished visual and written assets, this collaboration positioned Steinberg Goodman Law as a knowledgeable and trustworthy resource for personal injury representation in Michigan.
